The Bear Claw I purchased is exactly what I expected. After speaking with Kendal by phone and placing my order, when I recieved my Bear Claw it was Perfect. Kendal was very helpful when describing the pendant and answering all of my questions. I will continue to do business with KFB jewelers in the future,very fine folks. Very satisified!!
